With me the TNF bios never really worked and then I kept getting reactions to them. Stelara (an IL) slowly stopped working, but yes my thinking is that my body has got used to it.
Thinking about it, it would make sense for your body to fight against the treatment as it's not normal. Or could it just be the psoriasis / psoriatic arthritis has won the battle against Cosentyx like it eventually did with Stelara
