Thank you KatT it's not that painful to be honest, but I think I have over the years got used to the pain. My toes used to look like that at one time, so it's just a little blip.

Thank you John, yes It will be interesting as it's still not yet approved for psoriatic arthritis in Europe. France are usually a year behind Europe so my trial although not official will be interesting.
