I also doubt there will be one overall solution. But that is more because the pharma keeps on going in the direction of suppression and inhibition of parts of the immune system.
There is very little research towards the real cause of Psoriasis. If we knew the real cause, one could try to find something that would reduce the influence of that cause.
But I fear that is far in the future, if it ever comes sofar.

Pharma doesn't want a cure and even if they did there isn't a cure as it effects us all in different ways, I bet there isn't two members of Psoriasis Club that suffers the same let alone around the world.
