Reminds me of the old saying "you are what you eat"
Hmm.... so if I liked fish I could be a mermaid Sadly, I like beef... so that would make me a... cow?!!? Probably some people I know might agree with that
But seriously, yes I think what we eat can highly affect our health. However, I think in some cases no matter how well a person eats they can still have the same ailments/diseases as those who don't eat well. Much like I've seen some people able to eat whatever they like and stay slender (even if they don't exercise) while others eat well and gain weight. Some people just didn't luck out in the gene pool I guess.
But in any event, congrats on finding what works for you!!!
