I have always had interest in the carnivore diet but cant rationalize such a restricted diet and not eating carbs. The modified carnivore or "animal based" with fruits and certain veg and or grains seems to have some merit but I try to avoid dogma when it comes to diet.
I wondered about using it as a reset and to implement an elimination diet.
I think im going to have to commit to this for the Month of February.
Can you tell me what you daily meals look like? How you felt transitioning to this diet? Did you get the "keto flu"? Do you plan to re-introduce carbs as others have mentioned?
