Two things I don't understand.
1 - Why is alcohol the highest percentage score, but then not mentioned as one of the factors.
2 - What about stress? I guess because it isn't as easy as measuring the other factors, but then people are self-reporting smoking, alcohol and activity so it is reliant on anecdotal data anyway.
I found alcohol and weight to be almost inversely correlated with my PsA (the more weight I lost and giving alcohol seemed (emphasis - correlation isn't causation) to have no impact, but stress definitely triggers a flare. And I don't knowingly stress eat, and weight doesn't go up, and don't drink when I get stressed out.
