I think we all have stress in our life just to much on our minds. someone once told me I need to relax I told them I can't I have been hyper active all my life but it seems like my body is slowing down and it's hard to cope with. I need to start enjoying life before it's too late.I take SKYRIZI  that has helped me immensely but the Psoriatic Arthritis not much help. But I see a new Rheumatologist now and she is trying to work with me with a new medication. She is taking liver counts on me.Hopefully the pill will help me.

That's curious, getting Cirrhosis without drinking.

We all have stress, but I sometimes get that thing that makes your stomach churn, and for me makes me occasionally vomit. It has been demonstrated that excess Cortisol, or the inability to process it quickly, kills gut bacteria and causes that queasy feeling. Of course too much Cortisol cause inflammation as well. As being told to relax.....nothing stresses me out more than that !  Smile

Yess… that is the elephant effect.
I someone says to you: “Don’t think of a pink elephant!”, the first thing in your mind will be a pink elephant.
