I once hear from someone who indeed had the trigger from medication, don’t know if it was a beta blocker.
Red scaly blotches are a sign yes, itching too.
Reason that diagnoses is a little difficult is that the biomarkers that prove that it is psoriasis are not easy to measure, so diagnoses is mostly on the expertise of the dermatologist.
Agreed with Fred, that coconut oil is an easy and cheap way to fight itchiness. There are lots and lots of creams, often vaseline based that help agains scaling but not so much for itch.
There may be someone on the forum that says that he/she is the sensible one, better not give to much weight to that expression…
