Don't worry about being shy on here, no one will knock you for it. And if they do then they will have to get past me first.
Methotrexate is one of those treatments people either love or hate, a bit like Marmite. There are some on here who will tell you it's great and some will tell you they wouldn't use it. The main thing with Methotrexate is to make sure you are getting regular check ups and blood tests (This is very important)
