Pressed wrong button and posted! ha ha out of practice. 
anyway re food If I had followed advice as to do not eat certain foods whilst on stelara , I would not have eaten the
ice cream.
So doing really well, almost falling into the trap of taking my skin for granted and not moisturising as I should.
I remind myself with a stern word. Ha Ha
Hope all are well and I will let you know how jag goes, hopefully do it right this time.
