Hi Celia. All comments very welcome! Glad you're making good progress as well. Talking about lacto-fermentation, I reckon that is a good thing to try. Anything that adds to the good bacteria must be a good thing in my book. I stopped off at the farm shop today inbetween calls and got some raw unpasteurized milk, kefir and bone broth. Had a great conversation with the farmer who's very enthusiastic about good health starting from a healthy gut. He's always interesting to talk with and I always come away feeling very positive. The more unpasteurized foods we can get the better. I think most chronic diseases come from poor quality, mass produced, chemical laden food. If you try burning the wrong fuel in your car you're going to damage the engine eventually.
