Here is the current state of my psoriasis: Very little changed, but better.

I also have these two spots which should clear in a few months:

There seems to be a difference between recent and long standing psoriasis, else why would the recent stuff come and go while the long standing stuff is so persistent? I will get another blood test in three weeks. I have been getting plenty of sun so the d3 should be fine.
