Celebrex - only take when I need it. It's my personal experience that it helps the back.

I don't take them much anymore. I just HTFU and deal with the pain.

I find that stretching out is helpful. My preference is to hang upside down like a bat.

Perhaps he does Bill, I had to look what he meant with HTFU (thank goodness for the urban dictionary
) but now I know and it might include hanging upside down

It is a rotten place to be. Analgesics aren't much chop but they are preferable to nothing.
