Hi Fay and    to the best place on the Internet for impartial advice and talk about this awful disease we have, I hope you find some interesting things to take from here as we are all keen to learn of others experiences and things they have tried that work and some that don't..... We are all different

I don't have ppp I just have plain old plaque psoriasis and I'm being successfully treated with a drug you don't have down under. So have no need for supplements.
But I am a great fan of coconut oil as a moisturiser

Feel free to look around jump into conversations as all input is greatly valued, and we are a very friendly group of people that will put you at your ease.
