I’ve never had psoriasis on the soles of my paws feet so I cannot give advice on that problem except try coconut oil on your feet and see if that works for you Shaidaw ?

Very interesting that yours started after taking antibiotics. 
Mine was triggered after taking a drug to stop smoking. Also my sister took the same drug 2 moths after me and shed a lair of skin.
May I ask what antibiotic it was and for what.

Enstilar worked for 2 years.
Light treatment did nothing as I burnt.
Tablets gave me terrible upset bowl.
Just stopped injections 5 months ago and still got problems with my eyes. Although it cleared my skin near perfect. Petrified to re start on them.

I take Stelara Duncan and I have had no side effects to speak of, I have had P and PsA for over 40 years and must have been subjected to every lotion and potion you could think about with the last nine years before I started on the Stelara on methotrexate. There's been many improvements with new treatments since I started on the Stelara around six plus years ago. It's just a matter of finding one that works for you as we are all different but if you get offered Stelara it does work well for the majority of people.
