After 40 years it's gone!

Celia, I wonder if you've ever had testing for Inflammatory Bowel Disease while seeking help with Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  I've had IBD (Crohn's Disease) since 1986.  I cannot tolerate much fiber these past few years and rely on meat and fish, too, for nutrition. Sometimes one autoimmune disease leads to another or it's coincidental.  But people sometimes get more than one at the same time.

Long may it continue Celia, will you gradually reintroduce some foods to see if you can eat other stuff like fruit and veg again ?

I'm hoping to be able to enjoy some of my favorites in moderation at some point, but I'm so enjoying feeling really good that I don't want to mess it up just yet

Oh I get that, but maybe find a way of keeping a check on your vitamins.
