I'm fortunate to now have a medical team that actually understand and assist. It's the first I'd heard of Clobex to help with the scalp psoriasis for example. The team at Abbvie have also been very helpful, a medical sister regularly face times to check in and see how I'm doing, and to reassure that the responses are normal. For most of the previous 6 years I was shoved a 6 monthly prescription and told to lose weight and stop drinking and the pain would get better.
