Price is around € 2.40 per pill

For Psorinovo that is about € 1.00 per pill

And Bill's pure form...... € 0.02 isn’t that right Bill? Except for the stomach resistance it is equal to Skilarence.

Interesting of DMF remains that it works for Psoriasis AND for Psoriatic Arthritis. It is an IL-23 AND IL-17 moderator (and more, but for P and PsA those are the most important ones).

That's interesting Caroline to know that Skilarence is similar in price to Fumaderm and interesting that it targets the IL-17 and 23 cells

Yes, that is very well known. It is specific for DMF, so for all medication that uses DMF. You know that by yourself as the increase of your Fumaderm also helps for your upcoming PsA.

Would you rather pay £190.80 plus shipping or 27 cents US?

They all attach it to "registration", Bill.
The rules are more important than costs, medication and the patient is last in line.

People can have a strong sense of self entitlement, and there is a strong public sentiment that the uber expensive treatments are vastly better than the thrifty alternatives. Releasing ultra low cost DMF as a therapy would likely be met with great skepticism, and I also doubt that there would be much tolerance of the side effects. I ascribe to Kafka's view of welfare.
